Intrapreneurs Forum (IF) is more than an organization; it’s a movement. It’s a catalyst for change and a network of individuals eager to shape the trajectory of their careers while influencing the future of corporate innovation. Our mission is to create opportunities for intrapreneurs to connect and build a community with like-minded individuals, so we can begin to drive entrepreneurial thinking, nurture employee empowerment, and build positive momentum that will impact how organizations approach growth and progress.
Our History
Founded in 2023, Intrapreneurs Forum emerged to answer the call of forward-thinkers and doers, individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset looking for new avenues of personal growth and professional development. It was born from the recognition that the future belongs to those who dare to challenge the status quo and reimagine the essence of working within their organizations.

Meet our Founder
Shay Mustafa holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she received the program’s highest honor. After graduation, she transitioned into the corporate landscape, assuming senior and leadership roles within Fortune 100 companies across many industries. Determined to showcase her skills and talents outside of the corporate world, she left briefly to co-found an ad tech startup, before ultimately returning with a resilient entrepreneurial spirit and a vision of fostering a growth mindset from the inside out.
Although intrapreneurship is not a new concept, Mustafa believes harnessing its unique power to fan the flames of progress has never been more important. Now, as the Senior Vice President of Business Communications & Sustainability at Reynolds American Inc., she is ready to guide the next generation of changemakers as they lead their companies into the future, driving change from within.
